Disclaimer

The Humorous Disclaimer

Reid Mihalko is not a medical doctor, therapist, tax consultant or a lawyer, nor does he play one on TV, (though he did once play an evil male nurse on the popular daytime soap opera, Another World). The information and coaching provided on ReidAboutSex.com and his other Sites (e.g. Relationship10x.com) are intended to educate, inform, amuse, and inspire you to create the changes you want to see in your relationships, in your bedroom and your sex ed business. It is clearly not intended to replace a one-on-one relationship with a qualified health care or legal professional and is definitely not intended as medical or legal advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are under the care of any health professionals (or should be), talk to them before making any changes to your treatment. Consult with legal and tax professionals as needed- they need love, too!

Additionally, in the interest of being transparent and because the FTC requires it, you should know that many of the links Reid shares are affiliate links. This means that, (while Reid strives to only recommend high quality, amazing products, resources and people), if you spend money at any of those sites, he might make a percentage. He thanks you in advance for funding his Bailey’s and Coffee habit, which is not insignificant! Also know that if someone sent you to his site, and you support Reid’s work by spending money there, someone may be getting a percentage themselves. Reid can’t promise that they’ll spend it on Baileys and Coffee, but he does think it’s good for him to role model being transparent and let you know that some folks may be making money off these recommendations. If you’re interested in learning more about affiliates or becoming one, please go here: ReidAboutSex.com/Affiliate

In closing, if Reid mentions a product, service or book, or you see a review, there’s a good chance he got it free so he could take it for a test-drive, and while getting free stuff may sway Reid’s opinion, in the interest of science and good sex geekery, Reid will always strive to be fair and unbiased. And, for those of you who notice that he rarely gives bad reviews, it’s because Reid would rather reward those who are doing great things with more visibility and by spreading their work than upping the Google ranking for products and people he’s not impressed with.

And now, for those of you who enjoy a more serious tone…

We also reserve the right to edit materials for any other reason. Whether or not we modify or remove such material, users remain solely responsible for the content of their messages or postings. By posting on the Sites, you grant (or warrant that the owner of such rights has expressly granted) us and/or relevant affiliated companies the worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive right to use your questions, comments, and postings, in their original or edited form, in television programs, books, articles, commentaries, or in any other medium now known or later developed. You also warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content you have posted and that the public posting and use of such content by us will not infringe the rights of any third party. Additionally, you warrant that any “moral rights” in posted materials have been waived. You are not entitled to any compensation for any materials you may post on the Sites.

We may, at our discretion, suspend or terminate the registration of any forum user or general user who violates any of these terms of use, any of the forum member guidelines or for any other behavior that we in our discretion believe is inappropriate.
