Inside the New Plenty Cafe, Now Open in Queen Village

Take a look around Plenty Cafe's third and biggest location

The brothers behind Philly's Plenty Cafes, Anthony and Damon Mascieri, have just opened their third location at 705 South 5th Street. And by the looks of it (above), they've created quite a fine specimen.

The Queen Village Plenty is the biggest location to date—2,000 sq. ft. of modern exposed brick, unsheltered steel beams, herringbone patterned ceiling and bar façade, hanging plants, and a beautiful mosaic backdrop behind the bar. Inside, the room seats around 65, with additional seating outside.

The bar, by the way, has a 21-tap draft system pouring 12 wines, six beers, and three types of draft coffee including their most exciting addition: the coffee soda, a housemade mix of cold brew and Chinotto, a classic Italian flavoring made from various citruses and herbs. The Chinotto will change with the seasons, but coffee soda will always remain on tap through the year—the other Plentys will be pouring coffee soda within the next week.

Check it out for yourself every day from 7:00 a.m. to midnight, Monday-Friday and 8:00 a.m. to midnight Saturday and Sunday.
