@AndrewTavis_WMDE I found out late yesterday afternoon from the team that doing '/w/rest.php/%' would take into account the MW REST API as well, which we don't want. It's better to go with '/w/rest.php/wikibase/%'

Yeah, I can add them to the Wikidata reporting sheet myself (I would think it's needed until the collab agreement ends next summer)
