Temporary accounts will be deployed to testwiki first.
Certain groups need the right to reveal IP addresses for temporary accounts, in order to do patrolling work and to test out the feature.
We are in discussions with the Legal department about which groups of users will get the right to reveal IPs on our production wikis. Rather than block testwiki rollout on the conclusion of these discussions, we will assign the right to a few groups that we are certain about.
