Welcome to the Order of the Stick Wiki Order of the Stick is a webcomic created by Rich Burlew set in a world that follows Dungeons and Dragons 3.5 Edition rules. The story is about six adventurers on their journey to slay the lich Xykon and prevent him from taking over or destroying the world through the use of the gates holding back the creature known as the Snarl. The comic spans six books, with the seventh and final arriving sometime in the future. There are additionally two prequel books, plus other collections, and former Kickstarter exclusives. Featured Article Serini Toormuck Epic-level Halfling Rogue Serini Toormuck was a member of the Order of the Scribble. The architect of the solution to the guarding of the gates by each surviving member of the Order of the Scribble, she was also privy to the locations of all of the gates. She was defeated by Xykon who took her diary and used the information therein to find the Gates. Recent events have seen Serini enter the main story for the first time. She guards Kraagor's Gate and is the only surviving member of the Order of the Scribble.
