Chinatsu Hinata (日向千夏 Hinata Chinatsu?) is one of the characters in ONGEKI. She is a member and the leader of the unit Marching Pockets.
Chinatsu is an excitable and headstrong yet naive middle school student with a heart of justice who highly idolizes Akari Hoshizaki out of all the senior students. She has the tendency to grab onto others for a hug, and is shown to be physically and mentally warm.

An innocent and naughty second grade junior high school student.
She is rich in curiosity, and doesn't prefer to sit and holding still. She will rush to something she's interested in without thinking. Her most lovely aspects are her natural smile and outgoing personality.
She likes to being close to other person very much, typically prefers to contact others physically. When others are being hugged by her, he/she will feel the warmth like sunshine.
She admires her senior, Akari Hoshizaki very much.
