Fox News hosts Sean Hannity and Ainsley Earhardt engaged

Fox News hosts Sean Hannity and Ainsley Earhardt are “overjoyed” after getting engaged over the Christmas holiday, the couple revealed Thursday.

Hannity popped the question to Earhardt at their church – the “perfect place” – after they initially formed a bond over their strong faith, the pair said in a statement.

“We are overjoyed and so thankful to our families for all of their love and support during this wonderful time in our lives,” Earhardt and Hannity told Fox News.

The duo received their children’s blessing leading up to the big moment, who “couldn’t be happier,” the couple said.

Hannity and Earhardt then met with their minister following the engagement.

Hannity, 62, has been the longtime host of the top-rated show that bears his name while Earhardt, 48, co-hosts the popular “Fox & Friends.”

While Hannity lives in Florida and Earhardt resides in New York, the couple have made their relationship work with weekend trips between the two states, according to Fox News.

Hannity and Earhardt “still get along well” with their ex-spouses, with the couple telling Fox News “everyone is supportive of each other.”

“We actually made them aware this was happening ahead of time,” the newly engaged couple said.

Hannity has two children while Earhardt has a daughter from their previous marriages.

Hannity, who started with the network when it first launched in 1996, is the longest running news host in cable history.

He first co-hosted “Hannity and Colmes” in primetime before he hosted his own show that has been the top-rated program over the past 15 years, Fox News said.

Hannity also has a hit syndicated radio show that airs across 750 stations nationwide and reaches millions of listeners.

Earhardt has worked at Fox News since 2007 and has been a “Fox & Friends” co-host since 2016.

The three-hour morning show has been the best rated show for more than 20 straight years, per Fox News.

She is also a successful author, penning four New York Times bestselling books, including three children’s books.
