You can be Leo DiCaprio’s neighbor for $5.65M in the Hollywood Hills

Celebrity developers Amanda Leigh and Taylor Hahn of the House of Rolison are selling a 1940s Spanish villa in the Hollywood Hills’ coveted Bird Streets neighborhood, where Leonardo DiCaprio lives, for $5.65 million.

House of Rolison bought the historic home in March and “reimagined” it with its contemporary style while staying true to its mid-20th-century roots, thanks to the use of natural materials like stone, white oak and viola marble.

The residence, at 1427 Bluebird Ave., was built in 1946 and accessorized by Olive Ateliers. At 3,855 square feet, it features four bedrooms and five bathrooms.

The residence opens to a wood-paneled entry that leads to a chef’s kitchen with a built-in breakfast nook, and a living room with a skylight and a gas fireplace.

Arched doorways open to the dining room with a custom built-in bar.

Upstairs, the main bedroom suite boasts a private balcony that is landscaped and features ivy walls overlooking a water fountain. The bedroom also comes with vaulted, wood-beamed ceiling, a gas fireplace, a sitting area and a spa-like bath.
