The majority of the information we collect and store, is the publicly accessible information you upload in order to create your profile and presentation page. In addition we need a small amount of information to be able to create an account, and to charge you for a pro account while complying with tax laws. Notist is a product from the company Under Engineering Ltd. We are physically located in the United Kingdom.
Our servers and therefore the application databases are hosted in Germany in the European Union by the hosting company Hetzner.
Publicly shared assets such as images as PDF files are hosted with Microsoft Azure and distributed globally via a Content Delivery Network (CDN).

As part of our service we aim to offer a full export of any data held by us within Notist, from your account.
In addition, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 you have the right to access any information that we hold relating to you. Please note that we reserve the right to charge a fee of £10 to cover costs incurred by us in providing you with the information.
At any point you may delete your account, this will remove all personal information that we have stored within the Notist application. We will also remove data linked to you stored with our third parties.
