Nada’s traditional queso is a four-cheese blend — but can be kicked up a notch with spicy “kreeper” habanero salsa, chorizo, and spicy escabeche. Bonus points for being the only “queso presentation” in Nashville — the server pours the melted smoky gouda atop the habanero salsa table-side.
