Changes are in the works for one of Nashville's more popular hot chicken joints, as SoBro's 400 Degrees Hot Chicken abruptly closed this past Tuesday. Announced via social media, little to no mention was made of the reason behind the shutter. But it appears that fans of owner Aqui Hines' take on the fiery fowl shouldn't fret too much, as the closure appears to be temporary.
A number of commenters on the closing announcement thread reveal that Hines is set to relocate the restaurant to a new spot at the intersection of Clarksville Pike and Ashland City Highway in Bordeaux. The specific address, along with a timeline for reopening are not currently known. Eater reached out to Hines but had not heard back at the time of publishing.
So be sure to check back as more details become available, and as always, do send any intel to the tip line.
