We’re just one day away now from the opening of Nicky’s Coal Fired, Tony and Caroline Galzin’s much anticipated new Nations’ restaurant. And Eater has your first look at tomorrow night’s opening menus.

Broken down between oven-fired pizzas and small plates, house-made pastas and a few daily market specials, executive chef Tony Galzin’s menu reads as a tightly curated roster of comfort foods, perfect for the winter months ahead. And the menu’s price point certainly makes a strong case for repeat visits, with every dish, aside from the daily specials, clocking in at under $20.

As for the drinks, beverage director Tracy Ardoin-Jenkins has crafted a multi-faceted, heavily Italian-leaning menu of apertifs, cocktails, wines by the glass, bottle and on tap, as well as a concise but thoughtful beer list. Also on offer are a couple of ‘Nicky’s Classics,’ including a frozen Fernet and Coke.

So go ahead and avail yourself of the full menus below.
