Madhya Pradesh (singkatan: MP) sebutan  (bahasa Hindi: मध्य प्रदेश, makna harifah: "Negeri Tengah", IPA: [məd̪ʰjə prəd̪eːʃ]), sering bergelar Hati India, ialah sebuah negeri di tengah India yang menjadikan Bhopal sebagai ibu negeri. Mula-mulanya, Madhya Pradesh merupakan negeri terbesar di India sehingga 1 November 2000 apabila negeri Chhattisgarh dipisahkan daripadanya. Madhya Pradesh bersempadan dengan negeri-negeri Uttar Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra, Gujarat dan Rajasthan.
