Anugerah Golden Globe untuk Filem Terbaik – Drama,[1] adalah sebuah anugerah untuk mengiktiraf filem terbaik dalam genre drama. Ketika anugerah ini diperkenalkan, hanya terdapat satu kategori untuk Filem Terbaik. Bermula Anugerah Golden Globe ke-9, anugerah ini diasingkan kepada dua kategori, untuk Drama dan Muzikal atau Komedi.[2] Kedua-dua kategori disatukan semula pada tahun 1953.[3]
