Instagram sensation — and Beyonce approvedMuseum of Ice Cream is bringing its frozen goodness to South Florida starting December 13.

Taking up shop at 3400 Collins Avenue, the four-story building designed by OMA in the Faena District will be dedicated to all things ice cream. Featuring, amongst other things, pools filled with sprinkles, giant ice cream statues, interactive ice cream art exhibits and plenty of sugary tastings throughout the space. As Eater SF describes it, “As a museum, it’s less of a history lesson and more an interactive installation.”

This marks the fourth location for the museum, which originally debuted in New York last summer and expanded to Los Angeles and San Francisco this year and has already welcomed more than half a million visitors from around the world. According to a press release, the design of each location is reflective of the city it’s in and is meant to engage all “five senses through physical, digital and experiential dialogues.”

Tickets will run $38 per person, with presale tickets available exclusively for American Express Platinum Card Members starting on Wednesday, November 15 at 11 a.m., and for all American Express Card Members on Thursday, November 16 at 11 a.m. Tickets are open to the public for purchase on Friday, November 17 at 11 a.m. and a limited amount of exclusive preview tickets will be available during Art Basel Week on sale Tuesday, November 14 at 11 a.m. Purchase them here.
