Happy Christmas!

I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas time.
This is one of may favorite spots in the house and finally I have changed the wall colour from bluegrey to beige with a lime paint kalklitir (Leo) and arrange some pictures. A photo from the royal wedding between Charles and Diana taken by my husband 1981 and a painting by my one of my favorite artists Jesper Waldersten. The lovely striped cushion is from Christina Lundsteen. The iron and steel shelves is my own design and hand made by local craftsmen.

I love italian design, here performed by B&B Italia. The combination between simplicity, elegance, modern and classic in fantastic achitecture makes great interiors. Photos: B&B Italia.

Pillows and stuff

Spring is around the corner and I thought it was time to put some new pillows in the couch. An easy way to change an interior by small means (even though pillows can be really expensive). Happy weekend! Photo: Mia Linnman.

December coming up

Since December is arriving I've definitely started warming up for christmas, Juniper is perfect to put in a vase to set the mood. Here's also the newly dressed couch, the painted wall and the coffee table made by me and some local craftsmen. Photo: Mia Linnman.

Old couch new fabric

This comfy old couch will soon be dressed with a new cover. I've been dilling about the fabric for a very long time and some shade of grey (not fifty though ;-) has always been on my mind but suddenly I changed my mind and will finally go for the wheat colour as the pillow on top. The fabric, called "Axel", is from the textile producer Astrid who carries a lot of lovely linen quality fabrics. I let you know when it's finished. Have a great new week!

A living bedroom

Project for august (hopefully): this lounge area in our livingroom will soon be our new bedroom. Maybe it seems a little bit strange to integrate the bedroom in the livingroom but we think and hope it will work out well. And the bedroom will be the new lounge for social life. I'll keep you posted.

Lammhults

A few weeks ago it was a location photo shoot for Lammhults at my workplace. Of course I had to take some pictures too. Styling by Johan Boqvist, Grand Public. Photo: Mia Linnman.
