We allow third parties to provide us some services as analytics, payments management, web services related infrastructures. To provide our Services we need to share information with our providers. ANALYTICS: With the purpose of help us to analyze the usage of our Services and our Platform made by our Users and visitors we use Google Analytics. This service can use cookies and other techniques to know how you use our Services, our Platform and other websites, including your IP address, web browser, pages viewed, time spent on pages, links clicked and conversion information. This information may be used by us and third parties to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content and other websites and better understand your online activity. For that purpose we make use of Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc., a Delaware company which main office is in 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View (California), CA 94043, United States (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files deposited in your device which can be recovered by his depositant to help us to analyze how our Users make use of our Platform and Services. The information generated by this cookies about your use of our Services and/or Platform (including your IP address) will be transmitted directly and archived by Google in his servers located in United States of America. Google will use this information in our behalf with the purpose of tracking your use of our Platform and Services, collecting informs about your use and activity in our Platform and Services and your use of Internet. Google can transmit this information to third-parties in the cases that the Law requires or when these third-parties processes the information in Google`s behalf. Google will not associate your IP address with other data that Google disposes about you. You can reject the processing of data or information rejecting the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate configuration of your browser or installing plugins that disables cookies. However, you should know that if you do so, you may not be able to enjoy of our Services properly. RECAPTCHA: We use Google reCAPTCHA from Google, so we can be sure that we stay a “bot-free” website. Using reCAPTCHA transmits data to Google that Google uses to determine if you are truly human. Thus, reCAPTCHA serves the security of our website and consequently also your safety.

AMAZON WEB SERVICES: We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) who provide us with cloud solutions. AWS has demonstrated compliance with a range of internationally recognised standards for content, data and infrastructure security, such as information security management system- ISO-27001, System and Organization Controls Report- SOC1/2, and The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard; in addition, AWS has demonstrated alignment with the MPAA Content Security Best Practices and the AWS infrastructure is compliant with all applicable MPAA controls. STRIPE: We use a third party payment processor, Stripe, to process payments made to us. In connection with the processing of such payments, we do not retain any personally identifiable information or any financial information such as credit card numbers. Rather, all such information is provided directly to our third party processor, Stripe, whose use of your personal information is governed by their privacy policy, which may be viewed at https://stripe.com/privacy. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification.
When you use our Services or Platform we or our providers may collect data automatically about your use of them to help us to improve our Services. This information includes:
Log Information: We log information about your use of our services, including the type of browser you use, access times, pages viewed, time viewing each page, your IP address and the page you visited before navigating to our services.
Device Information: We collect information about the computer you use to access our services, including the hardware model, and operating system and version.
Location Information: We may collect information about the location of your device each time you access or use one of our mobile applications or otherwise consent to the collection of this information.

Information We Collect From Other Sources
In order to provide you with access to the Service, or to provide you with better Services, we may combine information obtained from other sources with information we collect through our services (for example, a third-party service whose application you have authorized or used to sign in).
To be able to offer our Services we use third-party providers. By accessing and using our Services, you consent to the processing and transfer of your information in and to the United States of America (USA) or any other countries where we or our providers operate.

Where we are required to do so, we will ensure appropriate safeguards and protections are in place.
Currently, the only non-EEA country where MetaCall share your information with is the United States.
Every provider we use has self-certified their compliance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield.
The EU-U.S. Privacy Shield is an approved certification mechanism under Article 42 of the General Data Protection Regulation, which is permitted under Article 46(2)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation. If you do so, it is possible that our Services or Platform will not be able to provide you a proper experience and can no longer function.

We take reasonable measures to help protect personal information from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.
We encrypt communication inside our Services using SSL certificates, we encrypt our user passwords,, we take care about the access to this information from third-parties and apply restrictions of the access to this kind of information by unauthorized third-parties,we try to maintain our systems secure against hackers and malicious attacks and also we apply confidentiality clauses about this type of information.
You can exercise your rights about your personal data contacting us by Email Address (see “Contact” section below). To properly manage your request please be highly specific about it and provide high quality images of all sides of your identification documents (drivers license, national ID, passport,...). This Privacy Policy may be modified at any time without prior notice by updating or replacing this notice. The changes in the Privacy Policy will be effective immediately for new Users and visitors and for existing Users will take effect 1 month after we post the revised/updated Privacy Policy (as indicated by revising/updating the date at the top of our Privacy Policy). It`s your compromise to check the last version of this Privacy Policy each time you use our Services or our Platform. By continuing to access or use our Services or our Platform after those revisions/modifications become effective, you agree to be bound by the most updated version of our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the most recent version of our Privacy Policy, you should stop using our Services and close your account before the revised/updated Privacy Policy applies. The use of our Services or our Platform after these modifications implies the acceptance of the newest version of our Privacy Policy.
In addition to the modification of the Last Update Date, we can notify to our users and visitors of the changes in our Terms by one or multiple ways of the next list:
(i) Sending an email notifying that the terms has changed;
(ii) Adding a badge or tag in the Platform aside our Term`s hyperlink indicating that has been updated;
