What is involved?

These studies may include video interview calls with a Matomo team member, surveys or usability tests, where you’ll have the chance to try out new features and provide your feedback directly. Please note that at this stage, these will be conducted in English.

After that, we’ll occasionally send you invitations to participate in user testing and provide feedback that will shape the future of Matomo. And don’t worry, there’s no obligation for you to participate in any research study we invite you to, and you can always ask to be removed from our panel.
