Zoku offers an all-in-one solution for hosting team retreats and company offsites throughout Europe. Stay the night in the award-winning Zoku Loft, a spacious micro-apartment for living comfortably and working efficiently, and use the shared rooftop Social Spaces for all of your event programming. We have everything you need under one roof: including an on-site event space, restaurant, bar, outdoor terrace, coworking spaces, and meeting rooms.

But we’re more than just a stunning retreat venue. We also help with local programming so you can easily arrange fun teambuilding activities with us and at cool locations around the city. Everything we share is curated by locals, so you can avoid those cliché tourist traps and experience life like a resident. Simply tell us what you need and we’ll help make it happen!

*Plan early, save big! Get a discount on all retreats or offsites held between 1 November 2024 and 28 February 2025, in Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Paris, and Vienna. This offer applies to overnight stays, meeting room rentals, and breakfast. It’s not applicable for dinner and drink add-ons.

Our surrounding Amager neighborhood is a more quiet yet cozy place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It’s just a 2-minute walk from the DR Byen metro stop, making it super quick to get to the city center.

Case Study: Mentimeter takeover at zoku vienna

In February 2023: Swedish tech company, Mentimeter, temporarily moved their entire company headquarters to Zoku Vienna for 1 month. This way all of their employees could live and work abroad at the same time.

 

Mentimeter calls this their annual company “relocation”. The ultimate goal behind this is to provide a unique employer benefit, while teaching their employees resilience and how to adapt in a new environment.

 

Now that their company grew to more employees, they needed a fully-serviced space to host 300 people. As a new type of business hotel with rooftop Social Spaces and 131 Lofts that can be used for living and working, Zoku Vienna was the perfect fit.

 

The Zoku team created an entirely custom guest experience tailored to the needs and wishes that were requested by Mentimeter. This included tailored event programming & communications, personal branding, and dietary adjustments in our Living Kitchen to fit their specific requests.

 

Our on-site Community Manager, Jared, also served as a local guide to all things happening in Vienna, making sure everyone felt at home and connected with one another from day 1.

FAQs

  • For cancellations made 3+ months prior to the scheduled meeting or event: 25% of total costs will be charged.

  • For cancellations made between 1 to 3 months prior: 50% of total costs will be charged.

  • For cancellations made less than 1 month prior: 100% of total costs will be charged.

  • When applicable a refund fee may apply.

A 50% deposit is needed to confirm your meeting or event, and the remaining 50% is needed one month prior to your arrival date.

You can pay by card or bank transfer. We don’t accept cash or checks. 

Payment is due in full on the day you arrive.

Yes, all of our Zoku locations have on-site parking lots or nearby parking garages. We can provide more parking information for your location of choice once you submit your request with us.
