First wedding banquet--Quy Hop

A provincial wedding in Quy Hop (pop. 119,000), lasting three days. For the first banquet, a 57 pound goat was slaughtered, and that's enough food for seven tables. Every bit of the goat was used for a variety of dishes, including blood pudding. The banana wine was house-brewed, and the crazy folks of Quy Hop can put that away like you wouldn't believe. One guy was using a beer mug to down his banana wine.

Quy Hop is apparently the only Vietnamese place where you must shake everyone's hand after a toast. Even in the next town, they don't do that.
