There’s a little bit lost in the translation between book to film but as a film it captures the story really well.
Really bleak depressing Ireland in the 80s. The highlight was definitely how little had to be said to convey so much from the characters and the cinematography. The shot of mother superior in the church was framed so well, among so many others the camera was amazing
