honestly expected this to be an arduous watch but every single moment feels so perfectly alive i couldn't look away. the last two episodes in particular gutted me. really curious to watch the theatrical cut because everything except for maybe one or two scenes feel so completely vital to the entire piece. also i love ingmar bergman giving us a previously on at the beginning of each episode and showing us faro as he reads the credits aloud at the end ❤️
