Many years after the first movie this legacy sequel shows that you don't have to recycle scenes from previous entries like most legacy sequels do to make a good movie.
Winona Ryder and Catherine O’Hara are back in their roles as Lydia Deetz and Delia Deetz and for sure deliver. Michael Keaton is not just a great Beetlejuice in this movie but also is still kicking Jokers ass at the box office many years later. Additional we get Jenna Orega as Delias daughter Astrid. Monica Bellucci and Willem Dafoe also got major roles.
There are plenty of new funny scenes and we get some old familiarities but things still feel kinda fresh yet nostalgic at the same time. The movie for some reason tries to tell multiple stories at the same time. Monica Bellucci's character Delores seems to be important in the scenes she is in but all the sudden gets irrelevant when the next subplot is shown.
