If this was Dreamworks formal apology for whatever the new Megamind was meant to be, apology accepted.
Hands down the best animated movie of the year in my eyes. The manner in which animation is handled to relate to the titular charactee is my favourite aspect of the film, next to a musical score I couldn't help but get goosebumps listening to. All the voice acting was top notch, everything that is setup ends up paid off in very satisfying fashion, and ties together its themes beautifully.
Looking forward to my next 17 rewatches.
