Miller grabs the beginning of Mad Max and takes the last part of Road Warrior and makes a whole film about the speed and chase. Well, sort of. This is gonna be number one for the year 2015. Miller takes the progression of the world he created 36 years ago and pumps it full of steroids giving me one of the best action films I've witnessed. What's special is that the story deepens even if it's going at 150 mph! For the people looking for backstory and all of that Miller is assuming you've seen the other Mad Max films and if you've not seen them then too fucking bad. You had almost 40 fucking years to have seen them. 36 years! Wow! This is sort of a little miracle of a film. Everyone is great but Miller here is the real star. The vision, the spectacle, all the power and the fury is here like it was back in 1979. A muscular fucking masterpiece.
