Vittorio Sherrod’s review published on Letterboxd:
I had a great time with the Wild Robot, and I loved it!
It was beautiful, cute, hilarious, and powerful in all the ways a movie like this can do. The animation is out of this world, unique, and captivating! The movie is also surprisingly dark and bold with its mature themes of finding a purpose in life or self-discovery, unity, love, and other family themes. Lupita did an amazing job as the robot, and Kit Conner, as well as the goose, especially Pedro Pascal, who had zero knowledge of being in the film before hearing his voice, did a great job.
This is one of DreamWork's best films; please see it if you haven't!
