BRILLIANT & GORGEOUS
The cinematography, costume design, sets, choreography and all the technical aspects of this film are just gorgeous. The score of the film elevates it so much due to its idiosyncrasy.
Ryan & Emma are such a vivacious cinema couple and they knock it out of the park here. Damien Chazelle’s creativity and precision as both writer and director ameliorates this film from just a regular musical drama/comedy to something magical. He takes a creative freedom, experiments with the genre and he does that with great confidence. Its one of those films where you return to re-watch it just to appreciate the beauty.
