Makes every other film I’ve seen this year look like child’s play. A powerful 3-hour epic delving into the psyche of a brilliant and consequently troubled man. How can something so destructive seem so beautiful? How can something so sinister be born out of genuine scientific passion? These are the seeds of ideas planted throughout the gargantuan runtime. I’m more than impressed, well worth the wait.
