The Wild Robot is just a gorgeous animated movie that surprised me when it did try to tackle themes like death and just how nature is in general. I've never read the books these were based on but they paced it really well and for a short family movie, it feels like they really did cover a lot. The animation is just beautiful and I'm glad that even through some very obvious misses, Dreamworks can still churn out really heartfelt movies with love for this medium.
