I haven't had this much fun with a movie in a while. Shane Black is one of my favorite directors, so I was really excited to finally sit down and watch this one. Gosling and Crowe have incredible chemistry, so much so that I wouldn't mind a few sequels from this film based on these two alone. With this film, Gosling has now made into my top 10 twice - something I never thought I'd see. The action is good, the jokes are hilarious, the plot is well-written, and the soundtrack is killer. How did this bomb at the box office? This was one of the best 2016 had to offer.
