George Miller was 70 when he made this! FURY ROAD is the best argument against my "old people have ruined everything" theory.
I hadn't watched this in a year or two. It hits more buttons with me every time I see it. Action scenes had me on the verge of tears! The tiny moments of emotion and expression and character in between all of the beautiful violence is what does it. These people have been through some shit, and they get that everyone else has been through some shit, and find camaraderie in that. I love this movie.
