For some reason I hadn't watched this before, now with the sequel's release it was the perfect time. It's fun, it's fresh, Miles Morales is a nice character and the movie manages the whole multiverse concept gracefully. Animation naturally brings up elements of the comics that a live action movie would not be able to, at least on the same level. I have trouble seeing this movie as something incredible or a masterpiece though, it's simply a beautifully animated and creative Spider-Man flick and that's already fun enough. Curious for the second movie now
