My fourth(ish?) watch.
"You can dream about it, and it'll be a whole garden."
Don't take the lowered rating the wrong way - it's just that I'm more honest about my opinions now than I used to be, but this still easily holds a place in my top 100 and maybe it just doesn't feel as grand and transcendent as it could because I simply watched it alone in my room. With that out of the way, this really is a remarkable film to say the least. That perfect ending had me in tears. One of the truly essential classics.
