I liked it more when it was Will Ferrell teaching James Caan the meaning of Christmas while wreaking havoc all over Manhattan.
That said, Isla Fisher is adorable, this has some funny moments (please God, PLEASE give Stephnie Weir bigger roles, she's been hilarious for years!), and Boston is accurately portrayed as the most non-fairy tale city on Earth. In other words, a cozy, forgettable family film that kids are bound to enjoy while their guardians knock 'em back while wondering how Isla Fisher hasn't aged a day in years.
