A major league disappointment with a badly cluttered up storyline that goes all over the place and badly wastes the talents of Russell Crowe,Ryan Gosling,and the uber cool Keith David(THEY LIVE,THE THING[1982]),with the latter playing one of the main bad guys. And it's also very tiring of seeing modern filmmakers going the Richard Linklatter/Rob Zombie route of overusing the 70s and the 80s as a period piece era setting(for both decade fandom dedication and hipster purposes),for how about a genre film set in prehistoric times or during the pilgrim era for a change ?
