I'm whelmed. Not really much to it. They did the best thing possible minimizing the humans this time around but the script is just so cookie cutter. The big 3rd act means nothing because every single story beat has been done already by other films this year alone. I think they have hit the ceiling for a Sonic film for me as I just couldn't find myself caring that much. Soundtrack was so forced and the side companions barely had any time to shine (Tails is the best part still). Relies on references a bit too much though 1-2 i did smile at, but there must be at least 20 of them. Keanu Reeves im a bit dissapointed by. He did such a excellent job voice acting Johnny Silverhand for Cyberpunk 2077 but in this he just sounds bored. Idk feelings are all over the place with this one. For a video game movie good execution, as a film in general it's good to keep people happy and going to the theater but plenty of better blockbusters have come out this year
