The plot is simple: Get rear-ended, exchange info, and get terrorized by the same person you got into an accident with.
Fender Bender is a surprisingly well-made slasher film about a 17-year-old girl who has just witnessed his boyfriend cheating on her with some slutty cheerleader. It's typical teenage drama stuff, but it works... to some degree. The drama feels a bit forced and stretched a bit too thin. That's really the only thing that's wrong with this film.
The effects were good. I thought that since this was a made-for-television film that the blood would be virtually nowhere to be seen, but it is shown here in copious amounts.
The killer's mask is actually pretty creepy. It's nothing special, but it's creepy enough to get a reaction out of you.
The acting, on the other hand, was way better than I thought it would be. Like I said, since it's a made-for-TV movie, I didn't think the acting would be that great, but it's quite the contrary. It's better than many other horror films out there.
