These legacy sequels need to work extra hard to justify their existence as something more than a shameless IP cash grab. Unfortunately at no point did this film prove to me that it had something new to say or needed to exist. It's fine but entirely superfluous. So naturally it's a huge financial success and they're gonna make it a trilogy.
How many times is this bitch gonna agree to marry him, let him save the day and be a hero, and then back out and treat him like the villain? He saves Jenna Ortega's life, sexually assaults 0 people because they were too pussy to keep him true to character, and then he gets punished and murdered anyway. Fuck all the way off.
