had the pleasure of seeing this for the first time in theaters thanks to the new restoration being released.

this is a mind boggling, terrifying movie. probably the scariest i’ve seen. i was glued to the screen through the admittedly lengthy three hour runtime.

sound design and music are probably up there with some of lynch’s best stuff. every performance is phenomenal. i do not know what it means but i fucking loved every second of it
