Paint Drying

Hi all again, here I go mucking around with one of these blog post logs again, read/don't read at your leisure/time/own peril.

I dreaded making this I really really did but I have no choice anymore, I can't be silent on it.

We're about to enter the thorny realm of being a LGBT and Christian, to the annoyance of everyone on every side.
The weirdest thing is that my family are antitheists.

I needed to talk about this for a while even if some are probably not going to like what they hear.
Since my uncles death some years back and the death of a friend and also watching and rewatching alot of arthouse cinema and particularly befriending a very very religious man in the past year and a bit I have really really found myself returning to Catholicism.

Even though I am a gender non-conforming person and bisexual(lets get that out on the table), I don't think a priest should be forced to do an lgbt wedding ceremony I would love nothing more than a Christian wedding and burial, but so long as I am allowed to believe and no one violently hates me I am content. I genuinely believe in God. I pray every night now to God, Mary, Jesus and the guardian angel.
I am not especially keen on pre-marital sex, so based on that I think civil unions should be a thing but if others want to sleep together before marriage thats fine.
Despite being a bisexual and gender non-conforming , personally I do not under any circumstances like the parade culture and just like with woke culture , weird outfits, plastic surgery, make up, piercings, the fashion industry, tattoos, dyed hair , lisping and clicheed behaviours , I don't conform to this either. Again if you go for that, grand, but not for me I am sorry.
The idea of commodification, overcapitalization, oversexing, materialism-ization and narcissism, clannish, tribalness bothers me as does the bullying of anyone who doesn't conform to the in your face aspect , it also bothers me when we get accused of being not a straight persons version of a queer (as much as I dislike this word) person is. Minorities must be treated as autonomous beings whatever spectrum they think from within reason.
I even found Christians were more accepting of me and allowed me in than supposedly progressive twitter people were of me.
I don't even self-pleasure anymore.
Even though I can trace what I am back to twelve-my 20s, I think people should wait until their teens to learn about certain stuff in school and with an approval from a parent.
For embracing trans identity of any kind or things like surgeries or medications , while these things are important, I do believe that going through a long and careful take your time process during adulthood is a more sensible and responsible way of going about this, both in the interest of safety and figuring yourself out.
For the sports/toilets/changing rooms this is so new that I don't even have an answer for you.
While I would absolutely never go after someone for it and never hate anyone for doing so, personally I am pro-life in a number cases and I guess symbolically in others.
I also am not personally a fan of euthanasia or the death penalty as while its easy to come out and say one is okay with these things, I wouldn't be able to say with confidence if I was in the position I could say that. So a rejection of those things makes more sense to me, again, this is only my opinion. Again, free will, people choose as they'll choose in regards to anything.
I actually hate real online porn and magazine and it isn't for a 3DPig disgusting reasons , I am just outright uncomfortable with and unsure and untrusting of it and when I was made look at it by people when I was younger I felt bothered and guilty.
This does not mean that I reject functional nudity/sex in films. And I understand that sometimes transgressive movies have their place.
I also really do not like all of these stories I hear coming out of hypocritical politicians involved in some much decadence, sleaze and orgies and abuse of women, same goes for those Hollywood actors that just endlessly preach at us.
So yeah, I guess I am kindof half-conservative on that end of things so I can't exactly fully call myself an out and out leftwinger.
But let me be clear I loathe fascism.

On the economic thing I am completely very very to the left and for kindness in this area, people should have access to public schooling, healthcare, a job and homes and welfare in a fair way, I am totally anti-discrimination.

While I am not for open door policies on immigration I believe that we need to let people in who are suffering or have useful skills and to treat them with respect in the same way we should be treating the working class with care, and lifting people out of bad off areas to save people, especially young men from disillusionment, violence, drug, alcohol abuse, I abstain from all of those things.
Some modern leftwing or so called leftist parties have lost touch with the disadvantaged and behaviour of Tory like politicians worldwide and idiotic tokenist posers with gesture politics are driving the naïve and desperate into the arms of fascism.

I would like to apologize for making this post and anyone who might feel hurt by it as that is not my intention and I would never force anything on anyone and I believe in the free democratic process.

In a time of such horrible division I feel that a sheriff like politician is needed to balance governments and powers in a country. I am disgusted and appalled with the rise of fratelli Italia and the gains that AFD have made in Germany and the loss of Angela Merkel is saddening for German politics. I am ashamed on behalf of my Italian family and being European....

I am happy to call myself an Lgbt Catholic and I hope that I've given some clarity and insight into this difficult topic.
I am a centre leaning with a bunch of leftist bits scattered to some extent Christian democrat and I think that this is what I am comfortable describing myself as.

On a side note, I really really do feel all the writing/watching I do and my general stance on art/literature goes back to feeling that as human beings we are conducted as opposed to being conductors , it's almost like what we write/draw is like some higher thing than us, a gift that you might say is writing and sketching us instead.

All I am asking for is give us some honest and sincere films if they are tacking issues/certain topics.

If you read all that thank you for doing so, I know its a long one and we're all mainly here for the reviews.
