The juice is loose but so is the screenplay for this one. So much is happening and not all the stories are fleshed out. Great acting though. Keaton is in full form and Catherine O'Hara, in particular, shines. Wasn't really sure how to feel about Jenna Ortega's inclusion but her character is integrated well. However, other new characters don't serve any purpose to the story and rather make the narrative more convoluted. Imagine having Monica Bellucci and giving her nothing to do ??!?! Such a shame. She looks stunning though. I also found the third act underwhelming and rushed but everything before that was very entertaining. Overall this was still fun, very wacky, and super nostalgic. The production design is stunning. Wouldn't mind if they make a third one though to finish the legacy.
