Brian De Palma’s influence is felt throughout this picture. The obvious cinematic influences, the 80s aesthetic and overall vibe for the first couple acts before it devolves into generic horror schlock. It felt like Ti West binged some De Palma & Giallo films and said let’s do that for this third one but worse. Mia Goth is cool and always love me some Giancarlo Esposito & Kevin Bacon. Halsey Quinn??? That accent wasn’t half good! I’m trying to like Ti West, I really am but maybe he’s not for me.
Side note but Elizabeth Debicki need to get her ass on the court, the LA Sparks need help
