This is Nolan’s best film. The entire cast was marvelous, the visuals and effects were stunning, and I enjoyed the screenplay and how it structured the story. The choice to film the scenes from Strauss’s perspective in black and white was a good creative decision. Murphy should receive the best actor Oscar, Downey showed off his range very well, Blunt lived up to her last name, and now we gotta get Gary Oldman to play Stalin in a film (since he was Truman in this one, and Churchill in Darkest Hour).
