Inspired choice to make half of this a slapstick comedy with a couple of incompetent goons. Mikey Madison takes a role that can feel weirdly underwritten (despite being the title character!) and finds the nuances in the smaller moments that reveal so much without having to delve too deeply into her past. What a performance. Very entertaining movie and more than a little tragic.
