She's a fuckin STAR. Ti West closes out his trilogy (?) with a bang. I love how each film is stylistically different from each other (Tobe Hooper Texas Chain Saw Massacre slasher/Technicolor character drama/De Palma Noir), but retains visual shot continuity throughout. This one obviously has a larger budget with quite a few stars, but Mia Goth towers above everyone. I think her performance in Pearl is the real winner in the trilogy and should have won a ton of awards. That's not a knock on her turn here, it's A-list stuff. Put her in everything (not marvel or DC preferably. Ok, so not everything). The soundtrack choices were top notch. Can't wait to put together a soundtrack playlist for this.
Also, there is a very traumatizing scene in an alley that I'll never forget. Fuckin OUCH.
