Crazy good stuff. Not one lacklustre performance in the whole movie. Everyone goes in and delivers. Nolan directed like 8 career defying performances in this. A character would appear and it’s casually Gary Oldman. Also that Casey Affleck reveal was too good. The final third of the movie is one the most bleak and harrowing segments in cinema that I’ve seen in a long time. So many great highs in this one. From the trinity test to that haunting “victory speech”. Nolan really killed it. I didn’t wanna write anything about this for two days because it was quite a lot to process. I left the cinema shell shocked. It’s devastating but extraordinary and powerful. The film of the decade so far.
