After finally watching the original trilogy I can appreciate Miller's development of the series with the updated technology and increased spending he has taken his wildest fantasies and made an outstanding all-out action blockbuster.
It's an outstanding film so it might seem odd for me to be reducing the score, I've decided that maybe just action for over 2 hours isn't what I look for in a film. I wish there was more about Max, the flashbacks were inclusive of the older films but that was about it. It left me wondering if Tom Hardy is just really bad at Aussie accents so Miller just banned him from talking.
