Ugh I loved it. Me and the girl next to me cried for about half the movie. I love a found family trope especially one that explores the complexities of parenthood and family. I also loved the interesting juxtaposition of nature vs. technology, as well as nature vs. nurture. Overall, it was amazing. Will definitely watch again. Sometimes pacing was a bit weird but didn’t hurt the story telling. And the animation was beautiful.
