Not enough Pennywise and all the Pennywise we do get at the very end, looks awful. Way too much CGI (the chinese restaurant scene and all the "scary" characters who run at the camera, come to mind). Its long sure, but that's not even my issue. It just FEELS long, cause the middle drags severely. Especially cause each individual member of the losers club is off on their own, finding their artifact and facing their demons. Its rinse and repeat. I found myself liking the first half hour of the film most, then it goes downhill for me. The final act, felt worse to me after this second watch. I hated the way they defeated Pennywise. I did appreciate Ritchie and Eddie's relationship though and was probably my favorite thing about the film. Overall, this was a huge step down from chapter one for me personally and not one I will find myself revisiting often.
