A fun and entertaining watch that captures much of the original's charm. While it may not surpass the original and feels overstuffed in my opinion, especially with some pointless subplots, it features great practical effects coupled with solid performances. A good way to kick off the Halloween season, but nothing ground-breaking as far as legacy sequels go.
